At Bacca Bucci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your footwear or accessories, you can return them within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Pack the Items
Place the product in its original Bacca Bucci box along with all tags, labels, and the invoice provided at the time of delivery.
Schedule Pickup
Our logistics partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the package after your request is approved.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
